Mini colloquiums abstract > 2D materials and heterostructuresMini-colloquim 1 – MC01
This mini-colloquium focuses on two-dimensional monolayer materials and Van der Waals heterostructures, formed by the assembly of these 2D materials. Following the example of research into graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides, these materials shows an immense interest in nanoscience due to their accessibility and the wealth of new physical properties they reveal, particularly in electronics, optics and thermodynamics. |
